While the upcoming gigs are being promoted as Pantera, Vinnie Paul‘s estate, along with Wylde and Benante, have been careful to term the tour a “celebration” rather than a “reunion.” This decision has caused some dissatisfaction among certain fans, who feel that using the Pantera name without Vinnie and Dimebag is disrespectful to their legacies. However, judging by the overwhelmingly positive reception at the Pantera‘s first concert. It seems that the majority of fans are excited to see the band perform again.
