Nekrogoblikon Tap Infant Annihilator Vocalist to Fill-In for Their Upcoming Tour

Nearly a month before they’re set to go on tour with Inferi, Æther Realm, and Hunt The Dinosaur, goblin metal band Nekrogoblikon announced that personal issues had caused their vocalist Nicky “Scorpion” Calonne to step down from the band’s touring responsibilities. In light of that revelation, the band announced that they were bringing in Infant Annihilator and Project: Vengeance vocalist Dickie Allen to fill the vacancy.

“We wanted to inform you our vocalist Nicky will no longer be joining us on The Goblin Mode Tour this Spring for personal reasons. However we are very excited to announce that we will be having not one, but TWO fill-in vocalists!

“Fronting the band on growls, screams, and shrieks will be our friend Dickie Allen (Infant Annihilator, Project: Vengeance). And fronting the band on clean singing vocals will be a certain green friend of ours who has been waiting for this opportunity for a very long time…”

As for who will handle the band’s clean vocals, they said a “certain green friend of ours” would be stepping up to the mic for that.

Looking forward to the upcoming our, Allen said he was excited to perform with a band that “fits his personality.”

“I’m extremely excited to have been asked to join this tour and can’t think of a band that fits my personality more than Nekrogoblikon. A goblin based metal band?! Sign me up! I look forward to seeing everyone and can’t wait to go goblin mode! Cheers!”
