“Let’s Start Here,” Yachty’s fifth studio album, dropped on January 27. According to Pitchfork, the project is “a highly manicured and expensive blend of Tame Impala-style psych-rock, A24 synth-pop, loungy R&B, and Silk Sonic-esque funk, a sound so immediately appealing that it doesn’t feel experimental.” With a unique sound, it’s not hard to see why it has the world talking. Rap Radar was co-founded in 2009 by Elliot Wilson, once Editor-and Chief of XXL magazine. Later Wilson went on to recruit Miller, a former contributor to XXL.
