The language is quite ambiguous about what constitutes a “listening experience for oneself or others” as compared to videos, which are likely to include a wide range of musical entertainment contributions. The rule says that it is because “we want you to enjoy videos posted by your family and friends”, as the social media platform increasingly emphasizes these values.
