The legendary Dolly Parton, who recently joined the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, has unveiled her rendition of the QUEEN anthem “We Are The Champions.” The track is part of Dolly‘s upcoming Rockstar album, which will be out in November.
“We Are The Champions” is the fourth track to be released from Rockstar, after the original tune “Bygones (feat. Rob Halford)” with special guests Nikki Sixx and John 5 from MÖTLEY CRÜE and a personalized version of the rock classic “Magic Man (Carl Version) (feat. Ann Wilson)” with special guest Howard Leese. Dolly‘s self-written lead single “World On Fire,” topped the Billboard Rock Digital Songs chart when it came out in May.
Butterfly Records will release Rockstar worldwide on November 17 with Big Machine Label Group handling the distribution. The album will be available in four-LP and two-CD formats, as well as digital download and streaming services.
