DARKEST HOUR To Release A New Album In 2023


Darkest Hour turned 27 years old on September 23 and celebrated by letting everyone know that they’ll release their follow-up to 2017’s Godless Prophets & the Migrant Flora next year! Which is great, because six years between new Darkest Hour releases is way too long. Darkest Hour rules.

“27 years ago, September 23rd, 1995 we played our first show and the adventure began! We can not say thank you enough to those of you who have supported us all these years! Cheers to our new record coming 2023, new music, new tours, and to more years of stage dives & high fives!”

In the meantime, Darkest Hour has been intermittently releasing live albums and reworks of old material over on their Bandcamp. For a sampling of those releases, look no further than their Live In Lockdown record and the re-recordings of both “Payphones & Pills” and “Oklahoma” below.
