According to reports, Cardi B is now being sued by an Italian artist named Alexsandro Palombo for posting a reimagined photo of her wearing a Marge Simpson costume on Halloween without giving him any credit.

Palombo told Newsweek about the lawsuit against the New York artist and her team for trying to increase their image with a commercial purpose.

The “Hot Shit” artist had to also come to the defense of her husband and rapper Offset of the Migos group. The Bronx artist was in a recent back-and-forth with comedian Nicole Arbour after she accused Offset of talking about murdering someone in the aftermath of his former group teammate and cousin Takeoff getting killed.

Cardi B then fired back at Arbour and accused her of using Takeoff’s death to get her name buzzing in public.

“The fact you trying to use the death of some1 I love to get clout is crazy …..I’m not going to do none of that ….I’m just going to pray for you.”

Nicole Arbour called Cardi out for her contradicting comments after she threatened her mom’s death, in her tweet about not promoting violence.

Recently, a jury in Southern California decided that rapper Cardi B had not misappropriated Kevin Micheal Brophy’s likeness after he claimed that Cardi allegedly misused his back tattoos for the cover art of her 2016 mixtape, Gangsta B*tch.
