L.A. based singer- songwriter BAYWUD releases his debut EP entitled MMXX on November 6.

We’ve done the interview with this talented artist and you can check it here.

The EP includes acoustic versions of his previously released singles ‘Hold On To Me’ and ‘(We Don’t Have To) Walk Alone’. ‘Walk Alone’ is being played by radio stations across the U.S, including L.A’s 88.5 FM , KTAO solar radio (NM). It is currently the #1 requested song on 102.1 WOW (MI) and #21 on KLTZ Mix93 (MT). ”The artist’s acoustic performance videos have received such favorable comments from people around the world that we decided to release these recordings on all digital platforms” comments his manager Patrick Conseil.

Also on the EP, a Nashville-style mix of ‘Walk Alone’. It features a gorgeous pedal steel guitar part, courtesy of Smith Curry. Curry has lent his talent to numerous recordings by Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Dolly Parton, and Taylor Swift among others. The song has been a favorite on Monie’s Indie Country radio in the UK for the last few weeks.

Additionally BAYWUD shares a brand new song on this EP. ‘Where Was I Then’ was inspired by a friend who passed away due to suicide last December. It is a song of regret that whole heartedly reflects on BAYWUD’s emotional struggles from the horrific event.

All four songs were co-written with Grammy Nominated Producer Rune Westberg. Rune’s credits include Matt Simons, Hamish Anderson, Ruby Velle, Colbie Caillat, Nina Nesbitt,  Desi Valentine, Our Lady Peace, Marina Kaye and Beth Hart. ” Baywud is one of the most emotional voices I have ever worked with” Westberg comments. ”He’s a personality that wears his story and his experience on his sleeve, and he is very generous in sharing himself with the world. That’s part of what makes him such a wonderfully honest and powerful artist”.
