ANTHRAX Cancels Summer 2023 European Tour

It has been reported that ANTHRAX has called off all their previously planned European festival performances for this summer.

A social media post from Germany’s Wacken Open Air, where ANTHRAX was set to take the stage in early August, stated that the band had to cancel the concerts “due to logistics.” Additionally, Slovenia’s MetalDays, Czech Republic’s Brutal Assault, and Belgium’s Alcatraz festivals have verified the cancelation of ANTHRAX‘s appearances.

ANTHRAX had earlier canceled concerts in mainland Europe for their autumn 2022 tour due to persisting logistical problems and uncontrollable expenses. The band was originally scheduled to perform at several European locations after completing their series of shows in the UK, which proceeded as planned from September 27, 2022, to October 8, 2022.
